What you send us
When you submit the project form, we receive your name, email address, selected service, project description and any materials link you provide. Please include only information needed to discuss your project.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to understand your requirements, prepare a response and discuss potential work. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing emails.
How the enquiry is delivered
Our website sends the enquiry to our designated mailbox through an SMTP email provider. The website does not keep a permanent enquiry database. The receiving mailbox and email provider process and retain the correspondence under their own settings.
Temporary technical data
The application temporarily keeps request identifiers, hashes and counters in server memory to limit repeated submissions and abuse. This data expires automatically and is cleared on restart. Hosting and email providers may keep their own technical logs.
Your browser
Form input stays in page memory while you work on it. We do not save it to browser local storage. This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
